WHAT ARE OMBRÉ BROWS?

Ombre brows create a soft filled brow similar to the look of makeup. The tails of the brow are darker and fade into a light, gradient effect at the beginning of the brow. This is what creates that eye-catching look! It gives great definition & depth to the eyebrows. It is particularly recommended for anyone with oily skin or combination skin or someone who uses a pencil to fill in their brows regularly.

Ombré brows are not microblading, however, they are both semi-permanent tattoos and require different forms of application to the skin.

The main difference between the two techniques is how the ink pigment is inserted into the skin. Traditional Microblading uses a small handheld needle tool to create small cuts into the skin, whereas Ombré brows are done using a machine. The ombré powder technique is a bit less invasive than that of microblading.

Ombré brows can last routinely from two to five years. The longevity will depend on a number of factors, such as lifestyle, skin type, sun exposure, and health condition.

Many people have different pain thresholds. Your Ombré brow artist will make sure to use a topical anesthetic cream so you remain comfortable & as pain-free as possible.

WHAT IS LIP BLUSH?

$350 | 2 HOURS

Lip blush is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo perfect for brightening, neutralizing, or defining the lips to get a juicer, symmetrical look! It gives the illusion of fuller lips while looking natural at the same time. Color can be made bold or subtle depending on preference. Lips go on bright and fade about 50% once healed.

Lip Blush is completed in several stages which are; numbing, outlining the lips, and the actual process of Tattooing. The treatment usually takes about 2-3 hours.

WHAT IS LIP NEUTRALIZING?

$350 | 2 HOURS

Lip Neutralizing, also known as dark lip correction, is a cosmetic tattoo procedure for those with cool or dark-toned lips in which we color correct and neutralize the darkness in lips. This color correction may need more than one touch up to achieve the desired outcome. The first session will always require an orange/yellow based color. No actual “blush” (pink/red) colors can be added on the lips until the lips have neutralized from the first session (neutralizing sometimes won’t happen until the 2nd or 3rd session).

If you are prone to cold sores or fever blisters, you must be prescribed an antiviral medication by your primary care provider before your appointment.

Inform them that you’ll be undergoing a cosmetic tattoo procedure on your lips.

Begin exfoliating your lips using a toothbrush or lip scrub two days prior to your appointment. Apply lip balm after to keep them moist.

If you must reschedule your appointment, please give a 48 hour notice otherwise your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit sill be required to rebook.

Lip color will appear bold and intense immediately after the procedure. The intensity should regress within 3-4 days. Peeling and flaking will also begin during these next couple of days of the healing process. Be sure not to pick or pull scabs as your skin is healing.

You don’t want to risk removing the pigment. Use given ointment multiple times a day throughout your healing process. It is important to keep your lips heavily hydrated for the next couple of weeks. Your cosmetic tattoo will fade about 30-40% revealing a soft and natural blush.

A long lasting lip blush will depend on many factors; how well the client follows after care instructions, lifestyle, skin type etc. On average lip blush is meant to last 2-3 years following at least one touch up.

A topical anesthetic is used during the procedure to ensure the client remains as comfortable as possible. It is important to keep in mind that many people have different pain thresholds.

A handheld machine is used to deposit layers of pigment into the lips, creating a soft, pretty  blush.

There are several different blush colors to choose from. Colors range from bold to soft. Depending on your desired look, your artist will help you choose the right color for you.
